I am in the process of hacking, playtesting and developing the system, which is currently based in Liminal Horror & Ikezu-ishi amongst many other influences. I expect the mechanics to undergo many changes, but due to my long history as an improviser and artist, and thanks to the amazing work done by many other TTRPG makers, I am confident of the playability of the system as is. 
You can consider this a working draft.

The locus of my overall project is based in nondual animism and play-as-learning, but this can't be talked about without understanding agrarian nation state-based control and power dynamics. The game I'm working on (the unborn world umbrella of games), is a way for me to use the wuxia form of pulp drama to explore the tensions between humanity, the natural and supernatural worlds, and imperial powers. 

The core gameplay mechanisms are Obsessions and Change, whereby characters must pursue their obsessions, and will become changed by The World and The Other through narrative and relational play.
